Overall experience was great. No hassle with my trade in evaluation. I told them what I thought it was worth and we came to an agreement. We agreed upon a price for the new vehicle and it was done. Ryan(sales person) & Carter(finance manager) made the process smooth and simple. It was the fastest and most pleasant car buying experience you could ask for. Highly recommend!

This was the worst buying experience of our lives. The sales manager took advantage of a woman and lied to her . Told her no problem let your husband see it if there’s a problem bring it back , well when we did just a few hours after she signed up they proceeded to lie and say they’d fix the problem right now. Problem turns out they set us up had zero intention on fixing anything due to there greed just wanted to string us along and tried to let us leave saying it was done but when I asked for a receipt the guy giving the jeep back said they only put coolant in it and nothing else. Now they have my trade in there possession, my cash in there possession ,and the jeep that broke down again in there Service department which we refused to take after being ripped off and completely lied to over and over again. Buyers beware even after admitting to there lies they just laughed it off content in their greed and ability to take advantage of a trusting women who just wanted to buy a nice jeep from them. Shame on you do the right thing we want our car and our money back asap.

Amazing experience when buying our new Jeep Grand Cherokee. The Sales staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. No pressure like at other dealerships. It was clear that Glenn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram takes Customer Service serious and does everything in their power so customers leave happy. I had a wonderful experience. I went in thinking I was going to test drive and walk out with another car. The test drive showed it wasn’t the car for me so as I was leaving the manager said they had one more car for me and it was the most beautiful, safe SUV. They were willing to work with a single mom on a budget and because of that I have my dream car for myself and kids. I thought after an accident totaling my car I’d have to downgrade. But I upgraded! Thanks to Austin and Chet I’m safe and driving in style. Highly recommend!

Best truck buying experience I have ever had! ***** stop I must edit here.... salesman was great, couldn't ask for a nicer guy. When I got in the finance office things changed. All I will say is BUYER BEWARE. I got hit with over $8000 with extras, add on or misrepresented items. I have the proof as I re-read my docs after having them shoved on me. This isn't a buyers remorse I promise you. I really like the truck but there was a LOT of misrepresentation by finance. I know a finance guy that's getting coal this Christmas

Great experience at Glenn! Their pricing was very fair and they were easy to work a trade deal. I love my truck! They kept all their promises and their service department was terrific. Best of all, Ben Jackson has been on point even after the sale. He even personally delivered some lug nuts that I left at the dealership after replacing them with locking lug nuts.

Bought a F-150 from this team about a month and a half ago. With this being my first bigger purchase, Raymond and finance team made it pretty easy and addressed all my concerns as we walked through the process. The Sales Rep, Dylan, was not as helpful. He was great in getting pictures of the truck before making the drive to Crestwood, but once I finally decided to purchase, he seemed very hands off. It felt like he prioritized other customers looking at newer vehicles rather than wrapping up the deal with me. Would recommend finding another rep if you come to this location.
